JTS computer service has been my to go place for everything tech. I have had phones screens and computers fixed there at a reasonable price. The owner is friendly, well informed, easy to get along with. When it comes to tech in Berks county, JTS is the way to go, I would highly recommend their service.

Princewill Owner Jukon-Tech Services was fantastic to work with. He helped me Swap my PC Case because my old one was severely Damaged. Princewill told me it might take 2 hours but in 1Hour he called and said it was done. I was in shock because major corporations told me 2 days or 2 to 4 weeks and Princewill got it done in 1 hour. Princewill also gave me wisdom on how to fix my PC if these things happen again or if I want to upgrade components and He also fixed a issue the manufacturer did wrong and didn't charge me for the rewiring and Thermal paste he applied to fix the issue. I will most definitely take the 1 Hour drive to Reading just for Jukon-Tech Services because Princewill is my go to guy for PC and Electronic Repair from now on. Super satisfied with the service and his Professionalism. 10/10 Highly Recommended

The best around hands down. Took my computer because it would not boot up and i have prior knowledge since I built the PC my self. Princewell was able to help me with a new ssd and 2 ram sticks which not only made the PC run like it did when i built it but even better. There is a reason why he is rated so highly and i recommend anybody that needs computer help to go to him!!! 3 months guarantee is also a huge plus places like geek squad would charge you $150 just to look at it. He was able to look at it for free and diagnose what was wrong very quickly leading to a happy sale.

It isn't often that I find a store or service provider who continually impresses me. My first visit to JTS (Jukon-Tech Services LLC) involved my Surface Pro 8 dying and not starting. Being in a cruch for my work needs, Princewill, the owner, was able to save all of my data and transfer it to another computer so I could complete my work. He also sold me a used Dell computer that has fulfilled my work needs. While not as portable as the Surface Pro, the Dell has worked well for me and saved me $1500 versus the cost of a new Surface Pro. JTS has, since then, upgraded my memory from 256 GB to 1 TB and today replaced my keyboard that had a key that would not work. Again, being short on time, the keyboard was repaired in 2 hours, and at no cost because I had purchased the computer (used) from JTS. I fully expected and was happy to pay for the new keyboard, but Princewell, the manager, said it was no charge. Princewell is a quality technician and a man of integrity and honor. For these reasons, JTS is my computer store. I would highly recommend Jukon-Tech Services should you need a phone or computer repair, low cost phone service or Apple phone or if you need a new computer or tablet. You will receive honest advice and a great deal.

I had a PS4 with a bad HDMI port that I tried to repair myself but not so easy lol. I decided to bring it to a professional and Jukon-Tech was the right choice. They fixed it within 24 hours and I was back up and running the next day, awesome job 👍🏼.

My experience here was great! I went in and the guy was friendly and helpful. I cracked my iPhone screen and it was fixed within 25 minutes. Very fast and reliable work. Also reasonably priced. Will go back again if I need ay other electronic help.

My experience at this repair shop was nothing but amazing. Brought in a laptop with a cracked screen. He was able to source of the replacement part and get it installed in a very timely manner and at a fair price. If you need any computer repair work, I highly recommend you stop by here first before going to the big box stores.

Very thorough service when one of our PCs malfunctioned. They took their time and were able to diagnose the issues and get it back running again. Prices were very reasonable and I never felt like I was being up sold on any of the parts. They even cleaned the inside of the unit as it was quite dusty and helped install all the drivers for the new hardware so all we had to do is just plug it in and play.

as a student, I was stressed to take my computer to the shop in the middle of the week. However, the staff quickly tended to my needs and had my computer ready within 24 hours! I am so grateful for their services and efficiency, I would not have been able to get through the week without their help! If i ever have tech repair needs in the future, this is the place I'll be at!

Owner fixed my headphones (which had a wiring issue that needed to be soldered) and had them back to me in a day. Called several other tech repair places and they told me they wouldn't do it, but Jukon-Tech Services told me it would be no problem. Owner is friendly and I could not recommend this shop enough. Very glad to have my expensive studio headphones back, they would've cost several hundred dollars to replace, but I got them back in working form for an extremely fair price. 10/10

Took my computer in on a Sunday for an emergency fix, close to closing hours, and was treated above and beyond. Store owner was extremely patient and knowledgeable with my problem. I was having issues within my bios and operating system, which they were able to fix in a short amount of time for me at a discounted price. Store owner willingly stayed open for an extra half an hour to help me out. Will come here again for any other tech problems.

Extremely knowledgeable, friendly and fast! Looked him up online and gave him a call. He got us in 20 minutes later and did a job that we had stopped at 3 other places in the area and they couldn’t do or couldn’t do that day. He had it done inside of 30 minutes. Will definitely drive back to this place for any of my pc repair or install needs. You won’t regret it.
